Women's history month in Canada- Oct.3/24

Throwback to this sweet photo with my babes. As a woman, mom and someone who majored in history, this month has always been significant to me.

The theme of this year’s Women’s History Month in Canada is: Women at Work- Economic Growth Past, Present and Future.

Although Rosie the Riveter, responsible for the line, “We can do it”, is not from Canadian history, she has been a symbol of female empowerment since 1942. Further, she was a factory worker, which is particularly l suitable for the theme this year.
