Think about who God says you are. ft. Tattling siblings.

 “Mom, Zennie said I’m 5!” This was the sound of tattling of my 7 year old, as I attempted to get ready in the morning. 

I answered, “Are you 5?”

She said, “No”

Then I said “Well then you shouldn’t listen or care about what she says about your age, because you know the truth.”

This made me think. It is often difficult when people say bad things about us—even when we know they aren’t true. But what does God say about us? 

I bought these shirts a while back and ironically, it is my 7 year-olds favourite shirt…So the next time I or anyone else is tempted to think or care about what others’ say, I challenge them to remember who they are in Christ.
