My grandparents are so much more than family to me- they are my inspiration, my grounding force, and a big part of who I am.

They’ve taught me countless lessons over the years: the value of hard work, the beauty of a simple life, and the importance of showing up for the people you love. Whether it’s through their stories, their actions, or just their presence, they’ve left a mark on my heart that words could never fully capture.

But lately, their health struggles have been weighing heavily on me. Although I have my own health problems that I will share about eventually, but 3 of them have had battles with cancer, and watching them face something so hard with such quiet strength has been heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time. It’s a reminder of just how resilient they are.

Even in the midst of their battles, they find ways to be themselves—the kind, selfless people I’ve always known them to be. Their love for each other and their family hasn’t wavered, even when their bodies feel weak. They’ve shown me that strength isn’t just about overcoming obstacles; it’s about how you carry yourself through them.

Their struggles have also taught me not to take moments for granted. I cherish the time I have with them even more now...every conversation, every laugh, every quiet moment spent together. It’s these moments that fuel me, that push me to be better, and to hold onto what truly matters.

To honour their journey, I’m working on products inspired by their story- pieces that carry their legacy, love, and strength into something tangible. These products will be a reflection of who they are and the impact they’ve had on my life.

Stay tuned for more about their journey and some products I’ll be sharing soon. Their courage, love, and resilience will always be at the heart of everything I do.
