"It's for the plot" to "It's for God's plot"

I came across a girl one day that said one of the most random things-- random but powerful. She said,"...now whenever something bad happens, I just tell myself that it's for the plot."

As a writer and person I found the comparison helpful, but as a believer, I find it is even more helpful to think of things and life in this way: It's God's plot. God's plot is not in my control and his story and plan for my life is what matters most. He is the author that is the Greatest Of All Time, so
